These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as 'these Terms') stipulate the terms and conditions for using the services provided by Rotem Tomita & Co. (hereinafter referred to as 'our company'). Users are required to use the services in accordance with these Terms.

Service Content

Our company provides the following services:

• Travel consulting for travel from Israel to Japan
• Personal travel planning
• Cultural experience planning
• Other related services

Our services consist of travel information, advice, and planning (consulting). We are not a travel agency under the Japan Travel Agency Act. We do not arrange or book transportation or accommodation services, nor act as an agent, intermediary, or broker for such contracts. You make all such bookings and contracts directly yourself.

User Responsibilities

Users shall comply with the following when using the services:

• Not violate laws and regulations, public order and morals
• Not infringe on the rights of our company or third parties
• Provide accurate information

Prohibited Acts

Users are prohibited from engaging in acts that fall under or may fall under any of the following when using the services: Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals, acts related to criminal activities, acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of our company's or third parties' servers or networks, acts that may interfere with the operation of our company's services, attempts to access without authorization, acts that impersonate other users, or other acts that our company deems inappropriate.

Account Access for Support Purposes

Our company may, to the extent necessary, access your account for viewing purposes through authorised personnel in order to provide customer support, investigate issues, and maintain service quality. Such access is recorded and constitutes a legitimate business activity by our company, distinct from the impersonation of other users prohibited under the Prohibited Acts of these Terms.

Suspension of Services

Our company may suspend or interrupt the provision of services without prior notice in the event of maintenance or inspection of systems for providing services, fires, power outages, natural disasters, etc., or other cases where our company deems it unavoidable.

Disclaimer

Our company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the services. Our company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the services, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence.

Changes to Terms

Our company may change these Terms without prior notice to users. When these Terms are changed, the changed Terms shall apply from the time they are posted on our company's website.
