- Travel Planning Consultation: $100 (60 min, includes 1 day itinerary planning)
- Additional Itinerary Planning: $50/day
- Social Media Consulting: Quote on request

Service Delivery Timeline
(1) Travel Planning & Consulting • Consulting: After booking confirmation, the session will be conducted via Google Meet at your reserved date and time. • Itinerary Planning: Expected delivery within approximately 5 business days after the cancellation deadline. (*May vary depending on circumstances) (2) Social Media Marketing Consulting After application confirmation, we will coordinate the schedule individually based on the project requirements. The specific delivery timeline will be determined through prior consultation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
(1) Travel Planning & Consulting
Consulting
- Up to 24 hours before consultation start time: Full refund
- Less than 24 hours before consultation start time: No refund
Itinerary Planning (Optional)
- If purchased before consultation: Full refund until 24 hours after consultation start
- If purchased after consultation: Full refund until 24 hours after purchase
- After the above deadlines: No refund
Partial cancellation: Before the cancellation deadline, you can partially cancel on a per-day basis. Refund amount is calculated as: price per day × number of cancelled days.
(2) Social Media Marketing Consulting
- Until work commencement: Full refund
- After work commencement: No refund
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the credit card used for payment. Refund processing may take 5-10 business days.
Service Issues
In the following cases, please contact us by email (info@rotemtomita.com) or via the chat on our website. After reviewing the situation, we will offer either rescheduling or a full refund.
- If the service could not be provided due to circumstances on our end
- If the scheduled service could not be delivered due to technical or connection issues
